Can you work while I'm out of state?
Someone 18 or older needs to be on site while we work, so that's usually arranged through a neighbor, property manager, or family member. Photos of everything go on the invoice either way.
Do you handle work on screened lanais?
We handle fixtures, fans, lighting, painting, and door adjustment on lanais. Screen panel replacement isn't something we currently offer. We'll tell you plainly rather than taking it on.
